Georgia is an impressionistic artist with a Mediterranean back ground and a strong South African flare. She focuses on the atmosphere in a scene and is driven to express herself through light.
She is mostly self taught and is still in the process of learning. Her first solo exhibition was in 2015. Her entire collection was selected to go on display at the prestigious KWV gallery and art museum in Montague. Her creative process is sensual and very personal. She fluidly moves from brush stroke, fingertip blending to pallet knife highlights. She paints in the twilight hours when she can follow her hands-on creative process undisturbed.
